I love MBS because there is always something to see there.
You know people are getting so smart on how to lure customers to come.
eg: Our Airport..It is a destination that people love to be in.
How to make everywhere feel like a destination. Most marketing people would love to know this.
From my point of view, make every mall or every place feel like its the airport!
How?
Firstly, you need clean and nice toilet
Second, you need to make the place feel like its safe and the shops need to attract foreigners and locals so it feels like an airport- Cosmopolitan feel
Third, You need to have landscaping in the mall. It could be plants, carpets, warm lighting, something that makes you feel at home.
Fourth, you need to make the place feel it is made for royalty. Every customer needs to feel special in that place, like its worth going there
One thing about Singaporeans is that they love anything new. So when your product is getting stale, you need to invest on R&D. Or else, you will only succeed for a short period.
Singaporeans get bored easily.
Pss.. I hope it doesn't come down to relationships because it feels kinda interlinked I felt. But cross fingers that I'm wrong because I have to be wrong.
