Popularity is overrated

Friends come and go. I realised my old friends taught me alot of myself.
I tend to blend with them and I learnt a lot from being with them.
I'm glad that some friends come and did go.
Popularity, most people want to be popular but they don't realise that popularity is made by people who aren't popular.
People seek popularity and try to prove to people they are better in this or that way.
I realised that friends hang out because they think they are of a certain league or a certain standing in life to hang out with a certain group

I used to be in the popular gangs in primary school. It started out as pure and genuine friendships but slowly when secondary school came, it turned sour. People try to prove they are better and they do foolish things to make themselves more known because they want to be known as notorious and cool.

For those kids who think that being popular is everything, let me tell you this...Money makes people look attractive and popular. If anyone could go to the future, that is where money is. People who are popular are just people who have a piece of a future because they can afford to buy a piece of future or they are known to be the future, the leading breed.

Time changes everything. Going to the future creates money opportunities so if you go for money, your soul is bought by the illusion that money invited you in.

So before you look down on a certain kind of group, look at your own soul first.
